Hello readers. Hope you smile today. I am.

Wanted to share with you today how I approach my day. Working on making this super simple for myself. I want less in my life and I’m sure you have heard me talk about this.

With that, I’m using an app called Notion. I can’t lie. I’m digging this app big time. I have been using it for a few months now. Go search it on YouTube and check out videos on people using it. Especially if you’re a productivity person.

I have 11 things I try to check off daily to have a true Go Win kind of day.

Here they are:

  1. Take vitamins

  2. Call mom. She lives solo and I’m her only child.

  3. Read 20 pages

  4. 30 minutes of cardio

  5. Write 3 handwritten notes

  6. Floss

  7. Check calendar

  8. Drink 3 bottles of water

  9. Church reading plan

  10. Look over projects

  11. Look over goals

I’m always adding and taking away from this list. This is the one for right now that I work at checking these things off daily.

What is something you do daily that you want to check off.

Wrote this on my Iphone in the Squarespace app after doing the podcast recording which is typically the other way around.
